Has anybody else noticed that it is impossible to see a basket go in the hoop and then look down to see the score change?

The guy changing the score is unbelievable--leading at one point to a debate on whether it is a computer or a human changing the score (has to be a human due to FTs and 3s).

There is something satisfying about seeing the score change and we increase our lead or cut the lead. Is it just me, or does it seem to you as well that you miss out by not seeing the score change?

Hahaha I was having this exact same conversation with my dad a couple weeks back. Every time I look down to see it change it already has, this guy is a magician or something. He's quick, very quick.

It is truly amazing how fast the score changes...

LOLOL.. It is so funny that you bring this up. Every time I go to the game I usually take a different friend and I always bring this up to them and they are always amazed by the end of the game because not one basket goes in where they can look up and actually see the score change.. I have been to almost every game and it is UNBELIEVABLE because I have yet to see the score change AFTER the shot goes in. It's always simultanious.

Same thing happened when the Hornets were here. It is pretty amazing. In 2-1/2 seasons of NBA hoop, only missing two games total, I'll bet I've only noticed the score change, after seeing a basket, maybe a couple dozen times.

Bob Knight only wishes he was keeping the time that fateful January night in 2002. ;)
