This judge rates the exercise as a 5.

Pole dancing is now a sport and they've got some pretty intense compeitition.

And, I'm left wondering why I didn't install a dancing pole in my condo unit.

Seriously people, if you would think about $4,000 for a home entertainment system, a dancing pole would run you about $500.

New meaning to the Gator chomp. I never thought to put a pole in my living room. Would come in handy when I need to bang my head on something after watching that video.

BTW, the Eastern European girls dancing in Pattaya do their dancing on a rotating pole. If I go all out for disco ball and laxer lights, I should be able to afford a rotating pole.
