He just had a nice layup in transition. Has he even played this year?

He got in against Texas and someone else.

Man, if this is what he can do day-in-day-out I'm pretty pumped about his potential.

That was a huge bonus today. Let's hope he can become the consistent energy guy off the bench for us, because Cade is struggling a bit, and it is pretty obvious that Capel has a tighter leash on him at the moment than at the start of the year when he was playing well.

Also, it was an awesome look having both Griffen brothers, Patillo, WW, and AJ (or Crocker) out there as well. Just need him to be consistent out there now.

He looked good today. Gives us some desperately needed depth.

The thing that surprised me the most was he looked like he was in some pick up game down the street. He didn't look nervous at all and was just out there having a good time.

Our bench got twice as long today. With Patillo and Omar Leary were not playing at all earlier when we only had about 2 bench guys in our rotation getting any minutes, but now we have have four or five options. Seeing that depth was our biggest weakness, this is huge for us going forward. If only Cade would start being the three point specialist everyone thought he would be.

I suspect baylor's loosey goosey style of play is a factor in the "debut" of Patillo.

The whole team looked like they were having fun in the first half. It was a sight to behold.

I was impressed by Patillo yesterday. He played very well. He would have had 4 more points if Taylor Griffin wouldn't have mistaken Patillo for Blake.....or Vince Carter. Overshot Patillo on 2 different allyoops. I was really impressed with the whole team really. It was a great game.

Also, did someone tell Baylor that they aren't allowed to cross that semi-circle on each end and that you can only score 3 points on a shot? All they did was try to launch 3-pointers. Who hired that coach? If they aren't on fire, they will get drilled by anyone who can go inside like us.

this kid has brought another dimension to this team. he REALLY has the look of a big time player. that's a kind of guy you see playing at louisville or kentucky.
