44th or 43rd?

Barack Obama is considered as the 44th President but really he is only the 43rd President. Grover Cleveland served as the 22nd and 24th President therefore there has only been 43.

Would it then be accurate to say this is the 44th Presidency and 43rd President? Or is really not looked at it that way?

Judging by the media and the rock star atmosphere of his inauguration, I'd say he's the 1st King of America.
