The Mrs decided to ram a curb so I need to replace a tire for a 96 Toyota Tercel. Which big company screws you the least because I need a new 13" rim as well as tire?

You will be Money ahead going the Junk yard route . Hell Ya might even get a nice tire On the Rim .
When I had My shop going Id sell used rims with what ever tire was on em fer 20 bucks
