Jackson Jeffcoat (http://rivals100.rivals.com/viewprospect.asp?Sport=1&pr_key=68202) - Probably #1 defensive player in Texas next year, favors OU from what I hear from a friend of his dad.

Ego Ferguson (http://oklahoma.rivals.com/viewprospect.asp?pr_key=84259&sport=1) - National DE prospect, everyone will be recruiting him. Might be a bit of a tweener, DT/DE.

Michael Daniels, teammate of Jonathon Miller, will be a pretty highly touted DE outta Texas.

Reggie Wilson (http://tamu.rivals.com/viewprospect.asp?Sport=1&pr_key=81831) - has OU, UT, and A&M as his top 3 and wants to stay close to home (Ft. Worth). Only been playing football since HS, originally from the Ivory Coast.

There's a few of the names I've heard OU has offered. More will probably be popping up after spring evaluations. If he is that good, the coaches will find him, but it wouldn't hurt to get into contact with Merv Johnson.

He should probably get your brother or one of his other coaches to contract someone from OU (or whoever represents him), at the very least to see what they think. He (Chance Carter) is on the rivals 250 watch list for 2010. He must be smart also, as he already has offers to Notre Dame, Stanford and Wisconson. The video on rivals didn't really show him in action, thus it's impossible to assess his DE explosiveness and things of that nature. However, he must be doing well to be on the 250 watch list and to get offers from those schools at such an early stage. Having his smarts might give him an advantage in picking up Venables' defensive schemes, which it seems numerous players struggle with.

His school is hardcore Academics, this guy may lack some needed explosiveness for DE, he may grow into a DT. Probably going to be a 3 or 4 star max -

Looks like we are eye balling some good prospects in Texas, I know we missed out on that Flemming Kid from St. Rita in chi town - wouldn't be a bad idea to check out any pipeline opportunities in the Chicago Catholic League - and Chicago Area.
