What is Bob's record against top 20 non-conference opponents ?

according to Soonerstats.com we are 2-6 against non-conf teams that finished the season ranked. I am sure we have probably played some teams that were ranked and fell out of the rankings but those games arent listed

That can't possibly be right. Just this year, there are two wins against ranked opponents (TCU/Cinn), and I haven't checked, but I would hazard that FSU was probably ranked after we beat them in 2000.

Well, we know all the bowl teams we have played have been ranked so at least
4-6 with victories over FSU, ARK, Wash St and Oregon and losses to Miss ST, LSU, USC, Boise State, West Virginia and Fla.

We can go ahead and change that to 5-5. There is no one of sane mind on this planet that believes Oregon actually beat us on '06. OU went into Autzen stadium and beat the Ducks, period. I don't care what the "record books" reflect.

The bummer is that there is only one (maybe two, including WVU) of those games that we really should have lost - I can't remember which one though; it seems to have slipped my memory. Oh well, would have could have should have.
