since 2000 bcs bowl record by conference just 4 of them though the acc and big east had some team changes in there so I don't feel like doing that

2000 big 12 1-0 sec 0-1 big 10 0-1 pac 10 2-0
2001 big 12 0-2 sec 2-0 big 10 0-1 pac 10 1-0
2002 big 12 1-0 sec 1-0 big 10 1-1 pac 10 1-1
2003 big 12 0-2 sec 1-0 big 10 1-1 pac 10 1-0
2004 big 12 1-1 sec 1-0 big 10 0-1 pac 10 1-0
2005 big 12 1-0 sec 0-1 big 10 2-0 pac 10 0-1
2006 big 12 0-1 sec 2-0 big 10 0-2 pac 10 1-0
2007 big 12 1-1 sec 2-0 big 10 0-2 pac 10 1-0
2008 big 12 1-1 sec 1-1 big 10 0-2 pac 10 1-0

big 12 6-8 sec 10-3 big 10 4-11 pac 10 9-2

hmm...pac 10? really? ok I'm shocked too. the way people talk about the sec I would've thought they'd have the best bcs conference record.

...and for the guys who don't care about how well the conference does and only care about ou during bowl season since 2000 OU 2-5 in bcs games which means the rest of the big 12 is 4-3 in bcs games.

If winning our conference got us locked into the Owen Field Bowl, I think our bowl record might be skewed a bit better too.

its because sc has play so many rose bowls against the big 10. they will continue to get there if they dont make it to the national title and they will continue to beat up on the big 10. so the pac 10 will always look like they have a good bcs bowl record
