I don't think so.. Here's a post from an sec fan on another board..

in the BCS era, Florida and LSU have won multiple BCS championships and Tennessee has won 1. Georgia has a 13-1 season that was a near miss at playing for the title. Georgia was also among the 2 loss teams a year ago that were in the running. Auburn went undefeated in 2004 with near miss at playing for the title. Alabama was 12-0 this year and 15 minutes from playing for the title that Florida won.

The SEC consistently has more bowl wins and appearances than any other conference. Not that it matters a great deal, or maybe it does, but the SEC always puts more players in the NFL than any other conference.

Florida and LSU may be the cream of the crop so far in the BCS era, but the rest of the conference has done plenty.

As much as it sucks, hard to argue with the fact that the SEC has won the last 3 BCS championships. They also have 5 over the last 12 years.

What I dislike is that half of the bcs games are played in sec states, the other half in pac ten states

And do they play good D? Relatively, but they rely on the other team shooting themselves in the foot a lot.

Again i only care about Oklahoma.. if we got 7th place next year, i could give 2 ****s about who won the MNC.....(cept saxet)
