Highly recommended, especially for this crowd. You all will have a ball at how utterly un-PC and an old SOB Eastwood's character can be. The story is great even beyond that.

Can't wait to see it. His movies started heading South when he started messing with that Sandra Locke bitch. All the movies with the urangamonkey sucked. Bridges over Madison County? **** me.

As long as he sticks to bad *** westerns or bad *** cop movies or bad *** military/vet movies he is the man.

It was great. It wasn't what I was expecting, but it was good.

And yes, prepare yourself for every racial slur you know. Shocking, but funny at times. Like, uncomfortable funny.

They still had it in '94. It survived two teenage drivers, a couple wrecks, and an owner who stomps hard on the accelerator. Built to last, those things were.

Went to the matinee Saturday.

Wow.

The crowd just shuffled out in stunned silence at the end.

I cried a little.

Some parts were weirdly written and awkwardly acted. The story is great and the 2 main characters (Eastwood and his neighbor girl) are as good as any characters in quite awhile.

Don't go expecting amazing Oscar nominations, but a good story.

Interestingly enough, the Gran Torino in the movie was restored by a gentleman in Cassville, Missouri, who bought it off a friend who found it in an old barn.

I had the Elite, which was a luxury version of the Torino and looked like this minus the numbers/decals..correct colors and also had the raised white letter tires.

Saw the movie. Wow, one of the best movies I've seen in a long, long time.

First, how can you not like Eastwood? I seriously wanted to punch him in the teeth for about the first 20 minutes.

My only issue with the movie was **spoiler alert**

The movie ended odd. It almost felt as if it were thrown together at the end. The acting of the police officers (when they took the preist away from the gang house) was nowhere near the quality of the rest of the movie.

I just felt like a different ending would have made it an oscar worthy movie.

Highly recommend seeing it.

wife and I just from seeing it......a real pleasure... I know I get tickled by odd things once in awhile... but when Walt looked over and saw the old asian lady scowling at him "That ol' hag hates me..." I had to repress laughter for 2-3 minutes :D

Good to see the priest grow up some as well.

Go and see it...... a great two hours.

Saw it last night good story line. And I all ways laugh at raciest and ethinic one liners if both parties are in the room.
