Tim Griffin of ESPN's Big 12 Blog has stated that Stoops said Balogun will be getting the start.

With his tackling ability and speed. Along with his size, he would be ideal to be the spy on Tebow!

Box would be better served if we are up big time and need more speed on teh field.
