I guess all that cushion in there helps when you survive a wreck. They didn't look injured at all running away.

Why not let the van cruise until it's in a more open area, then fire one, just one, eensy-weensy Hellfire missile? (Easily mounted on a Border Patrol Helo.) "PRESTO!"...all of them are applying for welfare in Hell.
Also...no other motorists are put at risk by the sorry SOBS.
