For those of you that have joined in the last 6 or 7 years, here's a taste of C&C Dean...hasn't changed a bit (neither has jkm).

I guess Bub decided to go away.

I heard him kind of sound like a Nate Hybl supporter there I think, because he said some things about Tuff being one of those who bashed Nate all season long.

I'd like to really know where Bub stands as a Season Ticket Holder.

If he's for Nate and was behind him all Season...then I think he might be a little PO'd about Traber's comments.

If anyone watched the game and the replays of the game and the post-game shows etc...they surely have seen that what Traber said about Nate's performance was purely raw sewage. Thus I think a HUGE SOONER such as Bub would also be PO'd.

If Bub was one of those that agreed with so many who continually called for Bob Stoop to pull Nate and that Nate is one of the worst QB's in Division I NCAA football...then after Nate took the Sooners to the Big XII Championship and a BCS Bowl Game...any HUGE SOONER FAN such as Bub would be very happy that the team he has supported so venomously has overcome the inadequacies of such terrible play by the QB. Which would seem to lead me to the fact that Bub really isn't what he says he is a...HUGE SOONER FAN!

What Traber spewed was not fact...and why listen to someone who continually spews garbage over the radio? Even Jim Rhome can get it wrong and I don't really care for the guys show at all, but I do watch it when I see he's doing an interview with someone that interests me. Rhome's inadaquecies are over come by the fact that he admits when he's wrong and that he has pretty good insight to stay on top of Hot Topics and can get Big Stars to come on his show.

Traber does remotes from car lots that think that he'll bring in the listeners to buy cars.

If you like Barry Trammel fine...do him a favor and let him know when he's wrong.

Bub is probably one of those loSuers who buys OU tickets to sell on ebay to opposing Fans who visit Norman on Game Day. Probably only has them for the every other year visit by his Pokes to Norman and claims he goes to all the Sooner games.

He'd have to take a loss doing it with Poke tickets.

i'm pretty sure there were two old-old boards before the scout or rivals horrible thing. because there was one switch where posts were lost where i had just gone over 1000 making fun of Kenny Perry's golf swing and the ugly shirt he was wearing....i remember this for some reason....and here i have 2000 posts. so, that's two board switches.

for instance, that board there doesn't have a SO. there was a board that had a "Cactus Cafe" for "general discussion" (and post IT, Forum 8 and Forum 9 before invisible forum hunting went to soonertimes). and Cactus Cafe while short-lived was between that board and the debut of the SO.....maybe something like that.

there was also, technically, the roadwarrior site.

Everytime we changed software people bitched to high heaven over losing post counts. I remember specifically that I had around 1200 posts before the board that is linked here came online. I thought that was pretty special.
