Ole Miss' problem this year has been turnovers. They've lost a few games very close when they turned it over several times. When they aren't turning the freakin' ball over a lot, they are a pretty good ballclub. They beat LSU and us (no turnovers for them in that game) and only lost to Bama by 4....and Bama's a very solid, physical ballclub.

While it's true that Ole Miss beat Florida and Tech lost to OU, it's obvious from the way you got into the Big 12 championship that head-to-head isn't everything. The body of work over a season is much more representative than the performance in one game, and the body of work of the two teams state that Tech is 11-1 in the Big 12 and Ole Miss is 8-4 in the SEC. Take it however you like.

Since Texas Tech beat Texas by 6 and Texas beat Oklahoma by 10, as long as Ole Miss hangs within 16 of Texas Tech the Gators are pretty much 100% guaranteed to beat Oklahoma on Thursday. If Ole Miss can win you might as well even pencil in a blowout.
