This one is my favorite.

The Evergreen State College Fighting Geoducks!
http://www.nmfs.noaa.gov/rss/podcasts/weirdfins/images/Geoduck_mascot-ESC.jpg

And this is their fight song:

The Geoduck Fight Song

Go, Geoducks go,
Through the mud and the sand,
let's go.
Siphon high, squirt it out,
swivel all about,
let it all hang out.

Go, Geoducks go,
Stretch your necks when the tide
is low
Siphon high, squirt it out,
swivel all about,
let it all hang out.

Up my way is the summer baseball team called the Hooker Hornytoads. ;) Their high school is the Hooker Bulldogs.

My first band job was in Hooker. It was a unique town. You went downtown to Hooker Hardware. The newspaper was the Hooker Advance. And the American Legion BB team Hornytoads. What a town. And there were times I had to go to Hooker to get to Beaver. :D and the Beaver Dusters are another story.

Here in South Georgia we have the Lowndes Vikings, but they are better known as the PlowBoys.

But a new symbol began to arise spontaneously during the 1970's. Students at Valdosta High School began to refer to Lowndes High students as their country cousins and as "Plowboys." However, the Wildcats made an error in judgment. What they did not realize was that most Lowndes High students are not snobbish and in fact are proud of living in the country and having a close relationship to the land. The "Plowboy" image was enthusiastically adopted by the student body and faculty and soon became just as popular as the Viking motif.
