During a brief silence between dueling guitars at the Tran Siberian Orchestra concert, someone yelled "BOOOOOMER". It was only repeated once more though, so maybe it wasnt him. :O


Anyone else been to a TSO concert? I was really suprised with the show, I didnt expect to leave an "orchestra" concert with MFRO, but it was...

Considering they are a bunch of very accomplished metal dudes, getting your face rocked off shouldn't come as a surprise at all.

yeah it was my lack of knowledge of them basically. I went in expecting 60 folding chairs on the floor with sheet music stands in front of them. Boy was I wrong! And the light, smoke, snow, fire, fireworks, and frickin lazers show was worth the admission itself

The guitarist with the knee brace was in Megadeth from 2002-2004. Those guys totally wailed.

I remember the Alan Parsons Project when it came out.

I loved that stuff. TSO just does it even better.

I gave my daughter and her family tickets to that show in Tulsa for Christmas.

They had no idea what to expect.

Called me at midnight and all she could say was ...."OH MY GOSH!!!"

I figured they would like it.

Ive seen them twice here in Florida, and intend to go again next year.
Best concert I have ever attended.

No, but they had a guy with a Flying V electric violin. I always thought that violins made pretty music, but could never be cool. I was wrong.

I now know that they did some shows with Metallica back in the day. Is there a CD out of said performances? Google isnt being very good to me today...

their show is phenomenal and it is really hard to explain it to anyone who has never heard of them.

they do have cd's out and a dvd of the christmas portion. You can find it on amazon.com
