Ronnie Wingo coming to OU?

What are the chance we land this kid and what position will he play. He seems like the type that wants to be TB, but we have a ton of depth there for next year and he would have to know that it's gonna be difficult to see the field. He might make a hell of a safety. I saw that he listed a top 5, but I'm not sure who's in it.
