superstar, on the snead thread you posted the following:

Oklahoma is 10-5-2 against the SEC
9/6/2003 @ Alabama (4-9) W 20 13
1/4/2004 vs. Louisiana State (13-1) L 14 21 @ New Orleans, LA Sugar Bowl
9/7/2002 vs. Alabama (10-3) W 37 27
1/1/2002 vs. Arkansas (7-5) W 10 3 @ Dallas, TX Cotton Bowl
12/31/1999 vs. Mississippi (8-4) L 25 27 @ Shreveport, LA Independence Bowl
9/18/1982 @ Kentucky (0-10-1) W 29 8
9/13/1980 vs. Kentucky (3-8) W 29 7
9/10/1977 vs. Vanderbilt (2-9) W 25 23
9/11/1976 @ Vanderbilt (2-9) W 24 3
1/1/1972 vs. Auburn (9-2) W 40 22 @ New Orleans, LA Sugar Bowl
12/31/1970 vs. Alabama (6-5-1) T 24 24 @ Houston, TX Bluebonnet Bowl
1/1/1968 vs. Tennessee (9-2) W 26 24 @ Miami, FL Orange Bowl
1/1/1963 vs. Alabama (10-1) L 0 17 @ Miami, FL Orange Bowl
1/1/1951 vs. Kentucky (11-1) L 7 13 @ New Orleans, LA Sugar Bowl
1/2/1950 vs. Louisiana State (8-3) W 35 0 @ New Orleans, LA Sugar Bowl
1/2/1939 vs. Tennessee (11-0) L 0 17 @ Miami, FL Orange Bowl
9/30/1933 vs. Vanderbilt (4-3-3) T 0 0

But using the link you just provided, there is conflicting info!

Oklahoma v SEC opponents:

Alabama: 2-1-1
Arkansas: 7-4-1
Auburn: 1-0
Kentucky: 2-1
LSU: 1-1
Ole Miss: 0-1
Tenn: 1-1
Vandy: 2-0-1

That would give Oklahoma a 16-9-3 record against the SEC, not the 10-5-2 you claimed on the other thread. so, which is it?

If the reason for the discrepency is the fact that Arkansas was not in the SEC during all of our match-ups with them, then why did you include match-ups between UF and "Big XII" opponents from years before the Big XII was created?

Just wondering..........:pop:
