i'd like to say that i think jake trotter is full of crap if he really just printed that broyles did a good job of emulating white last year unless broyles ran up and down the practice field at will cuz last time i checked we did not fair well in the fiesta bowl last year

i heard people were saying that if broyles is doing this well, what is white going to do to us? maybe we are in trouble, kind of like stoops saying that murray has a bruised knee.

We oughtta use a fullback to emulate Teblow and somehow just "pretend" the receiver caught the ball if he throws.

I like this part:

Quotable
"The muscle of the team is going to win. When we come up and tackle, we have to punish those guys and make them not want to run the ball anymore. They think that our defense is not any good in the Big 12. They said they are going to come and hit us in the mouth. So we have to come in there with the attitude that we have to line up and make plays." — cornerback Dominique Franks on facing Florida’s offense
I hope our whole D is this passionate and ready to bring this kind of emotion/attitude to the field on Jan. 8th.

I watched Nimmo play QB at Ponca, while he was a decent HS qb I wonder how well he can simulate Teabag.

I would have thought also that maybe a brandon crow or someone who used to be a Running back - would do a better job of what too expect.

I think Blake Griffin would do a good job emulating Tebow.

Good lord, that's a badly formatted website.

This is hilarious from the comments section.

Did Nimmo use a baby instead of a football.....

Did it require a full frontal lobotomy, and if so, does that come out of the bcs bowl money before the league gets it?

Is Nimmo lefty?

In the picture with the article, he's signing a football with his right hand, so my guess is no.

As to the formatting of the Oklahoman's website, it's mostly lifted from the NY Times' design. Take that for what it's worth.

I mean, the headings were actually smaller than the main text of the article, and it flowed stupidly around the picture and ad. Gah.

The comments under those articles and on the side, and in the sky and in my dreams gets old. After all, i can come here to get my fill of opinions and wild speculation. :)

Tebow?

The only reason I ask is because you're completely changing up the field if you're practicing with a RH QB. With the issues we often have lining up correctly, every detail counts I would imagine. Pat White torched us on two bullets he threw last year because of this. First guy got left wide-open and the other one beat blanket coverage by Marcus Walker. Tebow can thread the needle just a little bit better than Pat White.

That's only because White, unlike Tebow, isn't a home ec major.
