A few highlights thus far:

* J.C. Watts mom cooked Pinto Beans for The King's visit. J.C., thinking that only poor people ate pinto beans, thought Barry wouldn't be impressed.

Instead, J.C. said that Switzer couldn't climb over the dinner table fast enough to eat them.

* Also thought it wasn't fair that the actions of that the 4 or 5 kids in 1988 that landed OU on probation, wasn't fair to him or to the 100's of kids who were in the program.

* And while I generally loathe the upside-down horns gesture, The King gets a pass for the gesture he flashed at a photographer as an assistant at Arkansas when they won the national championship in 1967.

Too bad I didn't DVR this, otherwise, I'd have done a screen grab and made it my avatar. ;)

* On the day that Jerry Jones called to offer him the job, Barry had just had a colonoscopy.
