7 a.m. Wake up, straight to kitchen for Daylight Donuts mom got me earlier then go brush my pearly whites.

7:05 a.m. Back to bed until 7:20 a.m. Finish getting dressed, brush teeth.

7:30 a.m. Leave for school and immediately go to class before I get swept up in a hall sweep by Finley.

8:30 a.m. Wake completely up, try to pay attention to history.

11:05 a.m. Talk with coach Richardson about the football/basketball games during the week.

11:30 a.m. Game days, I don't eat. Otherwise I get Speedy Wok or pizza.

11:52 a.m. Bum some gum from someone before starting Spanish.

11:35 p.m. I put on my ankle braces and shoes, shoot around, begin practice- I try to get a dunk in everyday.

4:10 p.m. Cat nap until 6 p.m., head over to Athletes In Progress with the guys to pump some iron.

8:15 p.m. Eat with parents, except on Wednesdays when I eat with my trainer Jack and the guys I work with at Backyard Burger. Then off to FCA meeting.

9:15 p.m. Finish homework from history and Spanish- do some pushups

10:00 p.m. Hit the sack.
