You’re awesome, man. Thanks a bunch. I thought it might be 10 or so, but quite honestly was giving up because the site was running kind of slow.
So I’ve been fortunate enough to be at the Orange Bowl in 2001 & 2005. And I’m heading down there again this year. The two times prior there were shuttles going from the park & ride lot. You park, pay about $6, get shuttled straight to the stadium, and they shuttle you back after the game. The nice thing is you get to miss out on all of the pre- and post-game traffic. This year, the public service has been shut down and it’s costing $40 to park.
I would really like to park at the same lot (Golden Glades) and get transported to & from game again to miss post-game traffic. SunAndMoonExpress.com has said they will do it for $30 round trip per person which seems crazy high. Anyone else know of any ideas? How big of a pain would it be to get a cab from the stadium to the lot after the game, and would the cabs be able to avoid the normal traffic?
And for what it’s worth, in 2001 I went down there with a buddy of mine. In 2005 I went w/ wife & MIL. This year the buddy and I are going back and the wife is staying home. :-)
