Seen a link last night that the Florida Offensive Coordinator won't be calling plays, the coaching staff will be calling by committee ? Anyone see this?

I saw this as well. I just wonder if the OC will be involved in any of the game planning? But this "by committee" thing has to throw a kink in the normal game preparation for them.

Looks like Meyer, WR coach Billy Gonzalez, and Oline coach Steve Addazio will be calling the plays.

Is this a change from what they've done all season? Seriously, I don't have a clue whether that's the way they've done it to this point or it's a change they are making for the National Championship Game. It just seems like a bad idea for them to me. I would think that Meyer would have final say about the plays called, but if you have several guys doing this in the pressure of the Big Game, they would have some level of confusion/debate.

Oh well... I think it's good for us.

I think there might be a bit of a difference between Troy Smith and Sam Bradford...

The distractions have just started for Sam Bradford! He deserved it as did Colt and Tim. So congrats to Sam. Now lets see if he can handle all the Heisman hype! Most can't! Just sayin.:pop:
