Team, Coaches, Family, Friends, fellow competitors, past winners, with just enough ad lib---the JI, Heupel, Coach Stoops & Wilson etc. Also if Sammy decides to head to the NFL and if Tebow and Colt McCoy stay and head to the Heisman ceremony again & we don't have any of our players in the running, I hope McCoy kicks Tebows butt for the Heisman. If it wasn't for the OU/Texas rivalry and it was just Tebow and McCoy, I'd be rooting like crazy for McCoy. McCoy, like Sammy is an excellent representative for his university. As much as I'm happy for Sam, I also feel bad for Colt McCoy.

Billy Sims is a wonderful person if you've never met him, but I was kind of disappointed that he chose to talk a little bit too much when Sam won. I love his enthusiasm for our school, but Billy needs to remember that he's had his moment on stage to accept the trophy and this day belongs to Sam.

That really upsets me also, it's Sam's night, not 1978. I understand that this is s hard for him since Mr. Sims seems to live his whole life in the past. Just go to Campus Corner on game day and you can get him to sign a ball/take a picture with him next to his Trophy for $20.
I sent a email to the athletic department after he did the same stuff when Jason won in 2003 and they basically told me, while we don't disagree that Billy Sims made a fool of himself, there is nothing we can do since he is not officially representing the University of Oklahoma. Now whenever Sam watches the tape of him winning, he has to hear Billy Sims screaming like an idiot in the background. Way to go Billy.

Absolutely nothing, but Tim's already got a Heisman, and even though Corso has knee pads for Colt and Mack, Colt is a class act and probably deserves one as well. . If Sam comes back next year and somehow manages to have another great year, I may change my mind, but imo with so many excellent players in CFB, one Heisman is enough for any one player.
