Billy will Just Yell Boomer and wait On a SOONER response from Sam;) Not sure what Jason will do .

I'm working on my bottle of Boulevard Double-Wide IPA so I should be good to go for the ceremony.

BTW - I had one of Boulevard's newest brews last night - Bourbon Barrel Quadrupel Ale. 11.5% alcohol. Daaangg. It was good though. They throw some cherries in the barrel while it's aging - gives it an interesting flavor.

Slinging Sammy wins it!

In his acceptance speech, he said "unreal" a lot, but he represented well. I was genuinely surprised to hear him thank the Pres and Joe C., but it was nice. He seems like a real fine young man, and notwithstanding the fact he doesn't do surgery on Filipino orphan children like Tebow,:rolleyes: as his fellow Okie, I'm awful proud of him.

I counted 18 "Boomer's" from Billy Sims. Plus, a "Sooner or later, we'll get ya!" as an added bonus.

Looks like Heisman park at the Fock will be taking bids on Statue Number 5.

McCoy looked dumbstruck. Tebow seemed, well, okay with it.

P.S. I guess those footballs signed by Owens, Sims and White will be reduced to move 'em out to make space on the memorabilia dealers' shelves for footballs signed by Owens, Sims, White and Bradford. Sorry Pics brother. :D :D

My only meal the last two days was a very unfortunate attempt at deep frying some frozen English peas.

Not recommended.

I missed work today because I was drunk and drinking and writing an economic article about how screwed up things are.

A few minutes ago, I get into a big argument with my boss. He calls, like he always does, and says hey I'm on TV in five minutes what should I say. He's yellow shirt. I'm red shirt. I say the new prime minister needs to arrest the yellow shirt ****ers that seized Thailand's airports, if the prime minister really wants to heal the social divide in the country. He says that is not going to happen. I say then we're ****ed. I have no idea what he is about to say on TV and I'm not watching.

I'm going to go back drinking now.

what's up with Thailand? i was thinking about living there for a year or two on my teaching creds.

If you get into a university exchange program, that would be fun. Otherwise, forget it.

Thailand is still tittering on the brink of civil war. We have a new prime minister today, but I'm not sure how long his government can last. Like I told my boss tonight, the new PM either unites or he divides. We are going to quickly find out.
