Anyone have a good rundown on him?

Everyone seems to be saying he's a lock to get the OC job if KW leaves.

I know he has OC experience, but did he run the same system KW ran? If Sam comes back will we still run the No-huddle next season?

Thanks and I'll take your answers off the air.

EDIT* Sorry, Jay Norvell. I know a Jim Norvell. He'd be a horrible OC. :D

I think Bob will say we are doing the same damn thing for a while, on offense.

Well, first off, I know he prefers to go by Jay.

I would think that Stoops is going to want to continue with the No-huddle next year seeing how effective it was. Can't imagine changing that at all assuming that Sam was back.

I am interested in hearing Reports on Landrey Jones practices during the holidays.

If he can excecute the no huddle, I am pretty sure he has a big arm and can throw. Not sure of his bootleg ability and escapability. He has 30 days of practice and all of Spring and 7 on 7 to master the O if bradford were too declare.

I think he could handle that - so too keep the no huddle.

I don't know what system Jay ran, but the players seem to respond to him. I know Huepel lacks coordinator experience.. but I wonder how far away he is from a big-time OC position. Not far, I'd guess

....Norvell also coaches the receivers. They've been pretty damn good, and have a lot fewer drops this year.
