Just saw this on rivals.com and thought that it was interesting.

Three teams tied for the national lead in red zone efficiency.
The numbers for the three, though, varied wildly. Ohio State, Oklahoma and UNLV each scored on 95 percent of their trips into the red zone. But OU had 80 such forays to just 37 for UNLV and 38 for Ohio State. Plus, the Sooners scored touchdowns on 69 of those possessions. Ohio State scored 23 touchdowns and UNLV scored 27. Put another way, Ohio State and UNLV made it into the red zone a combined 75 times – and Oklahoma scored 69 red zone touchdowns.

Wow! Take it easy my good man. Calling our boys d-bags is a good way to get negged around here. Anyway, that's Cordero Moore's job!

Stevens ended up 8 of 11 on FGs for 73% and a long of 42yds. And that frozen rope against Mizzou that scrapped the top of the crossbar was a thing of beauty. I haven't seen any other kicker do that :D

Yeah, Mizzou should have known right there it wasn't meant to be.

Silly, of course they do. Will someone add this to next year's Big XII tie-breaker rules we're compiling?

Addendum - If three Division I teams tie for red zone efficiency, Texas goes to the championship game.

Speaking if that... has Jimmy Stevens missed anything since Cordero got in his face??

edit: nm, I remember. Yes he has... but not much

Yeah, I'm thinking this isn't cool at all. Even if his kicking has been borderline incompetent at times.

I'm thinking Texas should get the nod then. They have Colt McCoy.

When OU has as many redzone trips as UNLV and Ohio State COMBINED(80>75) and scores more TDS than both the Rebels and the Buckeyes combined(69>50) there is NO TIE regardless of identical percentages.
