Long story but I would have an A in the class whether I do it or not, but she sent me an email saying I would get an incomplete grade if I didn't do it...

Nope. She told me at the first of the year(on the phone) that anybody whose grade it would not affect would not have to take it....I completed my last assignment, sent her an email thanking her for the semester, and then she responds "where is your project?" She now doesn't remember saying that and she said she has never exempted anybody from anything...I m in deep doo doo
