The one thing that scares me is Kevin Wilson's playcalling. I have a bad feeling he will try to keep Tebow on the sidelines and won't implement the no-huddle. While scoring quickly will put our D back on the field, it is scoring nonetheless. I'd rather he take chances by going with what works than settling for TOP and field position. In the end, all that matters are points and getting them is what it is all about. In order to win, the Sooners can't afford to play to avoid defeat; they need to play to win. Strike first, strike fast, and strike hard.

By the way, does anyone remember what happened in the one game KW seemed to abandon the no-huddle?

62-21 they are a glorified OSU! OUr no-huddle is going to have them dragging *** late int he 3rd and on into the 4th where OU really runs it up on their ***!

If our guys can't get motivated for this game we seriously have problems but I don't think that will happen.

Our offense is way better then Alabama, that is fact. So we will score more then 20 points. I'll have an equation in a few weeks, and I'll let you know the final score.

Couldn't agree more, but I think he has learned to stop overthinking things and let the talent win.

I've been telling that to people all week. If they don't get to Sam, it will be a long day. If Jevon Snead can do it to them, Sam will light them up.

We score with 1:01 left in the game to take the lead and then hold them on D as 4th and 8 pass from the 32 falls short

um, Texas has a young secondary that was negated by their speed on the ends. Loadholt could very likely get abused in this game. w/o question we need to keep one back in the backfield with Bradford the entire game for pass protection. If we can avoid Sam being rushed and or sacked I like this teams chances.

If they get to Sam we are done

I'm hoping we protect

Enh, Jevon Snead didn't do THAT much against the secondary. Also, there was an almost complete transformation all over the team pre-Mississippi and post-Mississippi. Including the emergence of Janoris Jenkins as a great cornerback and Ahmad Black as a great SS. Not to mention that Joe Haden and Major Wright, last year's up and coming stars in the secondary are still there and kickin. I wouldn't take too much from the Mississippi game if I were you. Things have changed a lot.

Sam will destroy your young safeties, Florida's only chance of slowing down the Oklahoma offense is putting pressure on Sam.

I think the Florida DLine, or the Oklahoma offensive Line will determine the winner.

Of course, Bradford is just as old as a chunk of our secondary, and our linebackers are ball hawks, so he's going to shred them all like a knife through butter, i'm sure.

Anyways, my own opinion is that while the line, like in every football game, will make the difference between a teams offense and defense, it's going to be special teams that tips the scales in Florida's favor. OU's coverage is suspect on average days, awful on bad days, and passable on good days, while our return game is pretty good every day. While kickoff coverage has been a problem lately, Meyer takes care of the special teams personally, and I don't doubt those problems will be smoothed over by the time early January rolls around.

Florida is a great team, I know they are improved but Michigan was able to put up a lot of points on the last year.

I see this as being a shoot out - Florida has to open up to overcome a 14 point deficit early but becomes more one dimensional in it's attack and is stopped about 5 times.

I'm just saying Sam has destroyed every secondary this year, yalls is not much better. That is why I'm trying to say Florida's DLINE will make or break the secondary. Your linebackers are solid, I'm not going to deny that. I'd say that Oklahoma's secondary is use to the pass since we see it every week, and OUr defense practices everyday against the best offense in the Nation.

Sam is a RS sophomore who just played 3 prime time games in a row, I think he will be alright.
