It's been awhile since i've been there but yeah, it's damn good.
I'm not sure if they still serve the hot links, though they should but beware they will burn off all body hair if consumed.:hot:

Hey, now! As a child, that was the "Town" when we said we were headed to town. :D Hell, back then we were excited to see any restaurants. I'd recommend Hamlins if it's still open.

I remember Slicks growing up there in the 80's. Just make sure you pay ole Slick. ;) He'd never let the hired help handle his money.

The white sauce and chips at Hamlin's is MONEY!

Okay, Hamlins, eat lots of the white sauce....MMMMMMM. My Place is usually good, The east side was better than the west, I have no idea if it is still standing. Lisa, a classmate of mine's father owned the eastside location. She was really cute! ;) Mehlons (sp) is pretty good. Kenny Greer's dad started it, now Kenny runs it. He was a classmate of mine. I've heard good things about Runts. El Charro, I haven't heard good things about. Lindenloft was always good after football games. Slicks was overrated in my opinion. Chets is good even though it was bought out by some new yahoos. Us east siders usually ate at Rougher Dog though, but it is gone. Frank's Big O Burger was also a mainstay. Charlies Chicken is also quite yummy.

Whenever I'm in Muskogee or in the surrounding area, I always make it a point to stop at Mahylon's BBQ. That or the Taco Bueno, which, incidentally, was where the mother of former Muskogee High Rougher and current OU defensive lineman Jonte Bumpus worked. Or at least she did when I stopped there a couple of years ago and noticed my OU hat, proceeded to start a small conversation and that's when I found out who her son was.
