He is playing for the DII school Northwest Missouri Bearcats. They will be playing for the national championship for the 4th year in a row. Big Moe has dropped 40 pounds, he is at 405 now they said. Listed at 375 though. (He's not he is around 400 pounds) He has really won over the NWMSU fan base. He's became a favorite among fans of NWMSU and other teams.

here is a link to the youtube video.
Also pardon the Big Moe Butt Crack. :-)

He has his own gravitational pull. Must suck to put that ugly green uni on after a year of wearing the Sooners uni.

He has two years of eligibility if he can drop the weight he still has a shot in the nfl. The Bearcats(The guys in the ugly green uni) has had success putting some players in the NFL and draft. Most recently was Xavier Omon for the Bills. I wish the man nothing but the best. I follow both schools NWMSU and the Sooners. It was kinda nice to have a ties between them both.

somehow he has 2.

He is big, he isn't a starter for the Bearcats but he has made some fun plays when he has been in. He's bellyflopped a couple QB's and that always gets a big rise out of the crowd.

How did he keep from breaking the RBs legs when he fell on him.

I've always liked that kid. I hope he succeeds at whatever he does.

I watched a little of the game the other night and saw him. He is huge and was really out of breath most of the time. They were talking about him and said the coach said that he is good for about 10-15 plays per game.

I'll always like Moe. He played with such enthusiasm on the field--I don't understand why that didn't translate to off the field.

Didn't he get an INT once? He tried to run it back to the end zone, but ran out of gas after like 10 yards.

I think he is slowly on the right track. He's lost about 40 pounds he is still over 400. He really needs to get back down to around 350 imo before he'd ever have a shot at being an impact player. He is going to stay on campus and work out with the team so if he can lose 40 pounds in a football season maybe he can drop 50 in the offseason. I hope him the best as he has been an asset on the field and sidelines for the bearcats. He just seems like he is always having so much fun playing football. I've never seen such a jolly player on the sidelines. He's always turning to the crowd and doing little things, seeing him belly bump people is a pretty funny event as well. He's just a good guy who apparently has some control issues. He has been blessed to wear the sooner uniform, but for some reason it didn't stick with him. It seems it's really working out for him at NWMSU as he seems to be really taking the steps needed for him to get back into shape not just for football but for life.

Dude needs to go Sumo.

Eat everything in sight for training and then 3 to 7 seconds of pushing another fat guy out of the ring.

We ran into his sister at an away game last year (can't remember which one), and she said Mo had hoped to get back in shape and make another try at OU. Apparently getting into shap didn't happen.

Someone a few years ago had created a hoedown video (with music) of Ashley Simpson (doing hoedown dancing during her lip-sync cheating mess up) vs Moe's hoedown at the Sugar bowl. It was fun, and would be good to watch again. Perhaps someone can post again, if they happen to come across it.

On serious note, I feel sad for Moe. Watching his size really concerns me. I'm no doctor, but that body type on a football field makes me feel uncomfortable to watch (and think about) - extra work on the heart. Never mind for football reasons, Moe should completely dedicate himself to losing at least another 40 lbs for himself - only my 2 cents worth of advice though (I truly don't know much about this area).

Good for him, man. I mean, sure he was kind of a f*ck-up, but he was OUR f*ck-up, and I guess he always will be. Nobody can dance like that and be a completely bad person, right? Right? Yeah.

Right after OU wins the Jan 8/09 game, they should play the (House of Pain) Jump Jump song so all the OU fans can jump (like the Tech game), then bring Moe back (and #26) to lead the crowd in a hoedown dance, then bring Malcolm Kelly back to do a rap like he did after the '06 big 12 game:

Glad to see he is still competing, but I sure wish he could get his weight under control. I hope the best for him. He was so fun to watch when he was here. I miss his enthusiasm.

Looks like Moe is keeping his grades up as well as losing weight. He seems like he is finally getting things.
