We need to fly a banner over the fiesta bowl...something "classy" like "Ha-Ha!" or something like that as I am sure the FAA will close the skies over the Jones Dome next year...

HA, I hope that doesn't happen. There is no reason for Sooners to act like longhorns which based on current events, is just a hair above acting like aggies.

Texas fans = cry babies

You've got to be kidding.

No kidding. I was actually talking to some Missouri fans and this was flying over Arrowhead around 3PM or an hour after they opened the parking lot.

Sad really.

Thank you very much for posting these. One of these days I'll have the funds to make it to one of these.

To be honest, it is not all that expensive to attend the big 12 championship.

My brother and I went and it cost us about $70 (each) for the tickets, and we shared a Hotel room that cost us $160 (including taxes and fees) for one night.

You can always find cheaper hotels/motels to stay in if you need a place to stay the night.

For the trip I spent around $300 total.

Well, it is a price I was willing to deal with.

I live in Central Kansas, and since the game seems to be going to Dallas for awhile, it was a good thing to do.

besides, the last one I went to, we lost. So I wanted to get that monkey off my back. ;)

Anyone know of a site online where I can pick up one of the programs from the game. I got my son one last year when we were in San Antonio, but I won't be in OK until Christmas and I want to make sure I don't miss my chance to let Sooner-Claus bring him something he'd love. He's a confused six-year old in TX trying to be a Sooner-fan and I'm doing all I can to help.

It was really cheap. We got tickets for $25 and stayed in a hotel for $49.
