I could of sworn I saw this on tv. It's kinda hard to make out in the pic, but I'm almost positive that is his hand, and that is a horn sign.

Didn't Chris Brown do the horns sign on the bench after a TD? I wasn't sure what was up with that.
Chris was just saying "hi" to all the homeys down in Austex . . .

Nope, Stoops is trying to mimic the guys by showing the three sign with the thumb and first digit touching (also known as the Okay sign here and the FU sign in Brazil). Stoops jacked up fingers from football make that symbol a bit difficult to form...
