Butler just won the NJCAA national championship in double OT, defeating Snow JC, 37-30. Butler had a good grip on things for a good chunk of the game, up until they were forced to go for a FG up 20-9 late in the 3rd after having the ball on the Snow 2. The Badgers rallied back to force OT, & after the teams traded TD's in the first period, Snow forced Butler into a FG attempt to start the 2nd one. They blocked the attempt, & inexplicably tried to recover it. They ended up knocking it into the endzone, where Butler recovered it for a TD. On the ensuing possession for Snow, Butler got a pick, & they're back to back champs.
