Since it's cold outside, I have decided to make chili. There's nothing better to have a hotdog during the day covered with chili and cheese and come game time, it's a big bowl of chili with Fritos covered with cheese.

Brisket (slow cooker style) with pearl onions. Later to be topped with bleu cheese. Mmmmm.

Also making a big batch of homemade coffee liqueur while Mrs. Rogue is baking dozens of cookies and making haystacks today. The folks at work will be spoiled this week.

I'm doing quality assurance on otameal & craisin cookies right now and drinking a white russian with a little of the kahlua that wouldn't fit in the bottles. Funny how I always seem to a have a little extra. ;)
