Crazy year for sure, but I thought it might be interesting to see how the coaches voted as we head into this final vote that will be public.

http://www.usatoday.com/sports/graphics/coaches_fb_poll_2007/flash.htm

I did find it interesting that Mack Brown's vote had Kansas 4th and Missouri 8th. Missouri got the extra game and lost it to Oklahoma, but a week before they had met in Kansas City. Missouri won it. Head to head.

Just sayin'.

It's funny how you could so easily make a case for the coaches who voted OU the lowest having some sort of vendetta against the Sooners.

Mike Bellotti, Bobby Bowden, Steve Kragethorpe, Chris Petersen, and Smellsofbourbon.

Three of those guys have recently been on the business end of a Sooner a$$-whoopin' (with the '06 Oregon debacle as an added bonus for Bellotti), and Smellsofbourbon hates us because we weren't receptive to his attempted Golden Shower all over OU football tradition.

I don't know what Petersen's problem is, unless he's bitter that we came back from 18 down in the 4th quarter to almost beat him. He still won the game.

Leach had Kansas ahead of us. Coaches should be required to leave their own team off the ballot.

Wow...Booby Bowden put us 10th and Mizzou 6th.

Who'd Mizzou lose TWICE to again?
