I just wanted to get some opinions on this. If a person is using their company vehicle to conduct personal business on company time and damage is inflicted to the vehicle due to a random act (bearhugging a telephone pole on South Robinson after an evening of mexican food, beer and searching for a hooker) is it a company's responsibility to reimburse the costs of the repair? Seems like a no-brainer to me.

Did you ever find the hooker? this is critical to your "lie"ability.

Depends did you use the company credit card the entire evening? You may have to expense the hooker if you paid cash.
