That can't be right. All the "experts" say that modern defenses would stuff option plays every time because they are so fast. In fact, it is a miracle that Tech scores at all, or even has positive rushing yardage.

I think a team with good athletes can still have success playing option football. The thing is with the prevalence of spread and pro-style offenses these days, defenses are geared up to stop them. The old option? Not so much.
