Game of the Year -- Texas Tech 39, Texas 33. See above. And the second-best game was the one that no longer counts: Texas 45, Oklahoma 35.

He forgets the first sentence by the second sentence. Got to love it.

So you go ahead and give the typical "head-to-head" spiel in the first paragraph. Fine, I get it, you work for ESPN. But then, you go and do something unexpected.

YOU REMIND US OF THE EXACT REASON WHY HEAD-TO-HEAD DOESN'T MATTER JUST A FEW PARAGRAPHS DOWN!

Your college football "game of the year" is the Texas-Tech game. The very game which gave Texas its only loss. The very game that set up the three-way tie. The very game which completely delegitimizes your every argument in favor of the head-to-head position.

Well played, sir, well played. Meanwhile, would you mind being the prosecutor in any court case I may be the accused in? It would be nice to have that level of immunity.

Oh, and also, you might want to wipe that off your chin. Your (assumed) wife and Colt's (assumed) girlfriend might not like seeing that so much.

Forde has sour grapes because his Alma mater gets humiliated almost every year by OU. I wouldn't worry about him.

:D Best Crowd -- Oklahoma's at home against Texas Tech. Bob Stoops challenged his entitled fan base to get feral when the undefeated Red Raiders came to Norman. They responded like 80,000 rabid hyenas.

And Dennis Dodd writes about nothing. One Harris poll voter didn't vote for personal reasons and Dennis writes a whole column basically saying even if the voter voted Texas number 1 and OU completely off the ballot, OU is still ahead. Pulitzer Prize for you Dennis. Arrrrrgh. These sports writer empty heads are just absolutely ruining CFB. When we get an 8 team playoff, they'll still be b!tching because the #8 or #9 team didn't get in. http://www.sportsline.com/collegefootball/story/11147215
