Who get more playing time, Quinton Carter or Mike Balogun?

Balogun

#10 middle linebackers have been good to us in past years:D

Marshall and Mitchell to bad his last name doesn't start with an M. We would be set for sure.

Carter because misery is gonna be down by 40 after the first quarter and throwing every play to try and catch up.

I say Balogun, I like what I saw from him in limited action, hopefully by bowl game he will be well prepared to play whoever we face

I have a feeling #10 is going to be a monster......

I was watching the Bob Stoops show and they were showing the highlights and after that nice hit he had on Hunter he almost had an interception on the next play. He has some skills.

im gonna go with balogun. he is pretty fast for his size and showed little to no hesitation when making reads and reacting to defense. undeniably he shows real potential

Rivals' long term prospect on Mike Balogun:"Balogun has a lot to prove to many doubters if he is going to pass up many of Oklahoma's talented young linebackers, many of whom already have time on campus and more time of remaining eligibility. However, Balogun has more skills than some have given him credit for but it may be a first year of redshirt that gives him an opportunity to learn and put a year between himself and Reynolds in the middle."

Stoops said Balogun's our guy, so I'm gonna go with Balogun.

When Balogun gets it down pat then that 250lb body is gonna put some hurt on some folks.

He showed good speed and ball-hawking in the two series he was in... both of which were very short and led to no points. One led to the final TD with a cakewalk up the middle by Chris Brown.

And Balogun's name does begin with "M"... Mike.

Balogun definitely. I'd much rather have a newb at one position than 2.

I would have to say that both of these guys played very good and I can't wait to see Carter as a starter next year. Some of the hits these guys made have been pretty awesome.

Carter wins "Hit of the Year" for that lick on Maclin.

I didnt hear Balogun's name called that much but Carter seemed to be everywhere around the ball last night. I kept thinking to myself "Whos that #20 with the long hair??"

Balogun's name wasn't called that often but he blitzed on a few plays that freed up other guys. He'll see the field regardless of Box's injury. If Box turns out to be the next Reynolds (no fault to either of those guys) then Balogun will be a great player in the middle.

Man Carter is a headhunter!! He absolutely destroyed Maclin and Daniel.
