OU hasn't run up the score this year

After dealing with yet another whorn saying "well I guess Mack oughtta run it up like Stoops does and keep Colt in the game during the 4th quarter" I went and had a looksee at 4th quarter scoring this year.


OU has been outscored in the 4th quarter in 2008 by opponents by 6 points. If we run up the score, we do it in the first quarter, no suprise.

I wonder why Texas ran the score up on A&M then? Colt McCoy did not leave that game until Texas was up 42-3 which came at the 12:22 mark in the 4th quarter.
They are just jealous that their offense is second fiddle to OUs!
