quite balmy compared to the other two CCGs I've been to up there. I still say a night game at KC IN DECEMBER is retarded. Play it in the afternoon and let the SEC have the night slot in the cozy GA dome.

I'll be driving down from Madison WI on Friday afternoon and staying with a friend. I recommend going to Gates BBQ and getting a quart of bbq beans and a full order ribs for the tailgate..... Also sneek in some booze for warmth.

Just got our tickets thru OUr ticket office. Section 110, Row 19. I was there in 2003 sitting in top level; grabbed these at the bottom and hopefully out of most of the wind. We will stay in Ottawa, KS which is 50 minutes from Overland Park. Stop there on the way up and have a place to put on the heavy clothes.

Yes it was a nervous weekend. Starting with the close Tech game, OUr game, and finally all day today. I ran the battery dead on my phone twice trying to get poll info. I was starting to worry that I'd have to try and resell them to a whorn.

I am going with my nephew and my Twin brother. He bought the tickets online last night. So I am not sure where we will be sitting at.

Anyway. We will also be staying in a Hotel Saturday night...I have to work Friday night...so I will be leaving in the morning...At least it is only a 3 hour drive. Again, brother made the reservations so I am not sure what Hotel it is. I do know the hotel has an inside waterpark and cost $129.00/per night.

Anyway...I will be there. I will be the one wearing the OU stuff, look for me!

No tickets yet for my crew of 4 yet.....Tickets are CHEAP outside stadium...last year paid 80.00 for 4 tickets on OU 35 yardline 6 rows up.
For all you thrifty fans (like myself) Motel 6 I-435 exit # 69 which is a 10 minute drive to the stadium has rooms for 39.99 and it is a decent motel!
