BUT if Tech loses, then it's head to head between ut and OU for the CCG game. Then we lose no matter what the BCS ranking is. Our only chance to get into the CCG game is if Tech wins.

For everyone joining the party late, here's the setup:

Tech, OU and Texas are tied with identical 6-1 conference records and 10-1 overall records coming into this week. A Tech loss and OU and UT wins would mean that only UT and OU would be tied for first at 11-1, 7-1. UT would win the two-team tiebreaker by virtue of us losing in Dallas.

If we were to win and Tech to lose, we would still be highly ranked, just not going to the Big XII CCG and needing Mizzou to knock off Texas to get to the NCG.

If Tech loses, they have two losses. Texas and us each have one. It becomes a tie between us and Texas, and the RRS becomes the tiebreaker.
