Weather in Stillwater looking good

I'm been watching the weather.com forecast for Stillwater and it looked iffy a couple of days ago (precip). It's looking good now with game-time temps in the mid-40s and NNW winds below 10mph. I think good weather favors the Sooners as it keeps the offensive playbook wide open.

What's the deal with the Gary England icon anyway ?

Gary does the game forcast at all of the home games on the Big Screen in Norman. He's a little bit of a Goober though.
