Given the current BCS standings....

doesnt that tarnish a future win for Florida in SEC CG?

In other words since OU and Uterus are currently 2 and 3. Wouldnt and Alabama loss make Fla # 3 with a chance to only beat a 1 loss team that would probably fall to 6-9 with a loss to Auburn?

In other words..doesnt an Auburn win make an OU/TX MNC very realistic?

It's one of the scenarios that have been discussed....yes.

Have you watched Auburn this year? They will be lucky to amass 100 total yards of offense. this game might be something like 5-0 bama

Didn't Auburn play to a 5-2 victory this year?
Foget about a rematch with texass. The computers might say so but the voters would not.

Agree... Auburn is awful. Alabama has been skating by in most games including a recent win in OT over a very suspect LSU team with a freshman QB that throws more interceptions than first downs.

5-2 sounds about right.

It was 3-2 against Mississippi State. Hey, Mississippi State scored points against 'Bama than they did Auburn, if that tells you something. There are so many just plain awful offenses in the SEC this year (Miss State, Arky, LSU, Auburn, the other USC, Kentucky, Vandy). When the third best offensive team in the SEC Ole Miss, you know it's bad.

A&M, FSU, and/or Auburn could make this whole mess very simple...but I doubt they will. :(

I think there should be a play off, with the worst teams in each conference.

If Alabama loses to Auburn, then it's going to be a looooooooooong ride home from the stadium.
