I honestly don't think so. You can see the seam at the back too. If it were a haircut, he would have had to have asked the barber to put a bowl on his head and cut everything below it really close. Plus, the temples are graying but the top is jet black.

Hey, I like the fact that he showed fiscal restrain. Yea he could have spent thousands at the man hair club, but he chose a cheap rug.
