Against Ranked teams

@Missouri......... 28-23 State
@Texas........... 28-24 texas
@Texas Tech....56-20 tech

Most recent game
@Colorado............30-17 state

Pretty hard schedule right there.

Poke State is no joke team, their only 2 losses were to number 1 texas, and number 2 tech. (rankings at the time)..

Undefeated at home.

We have to shutdown Kendall Hunter (Oklahoma States running back)

This will be a hard test i think. If we shut down the run we will be fine.

All we need is an average performance on offensive, but I think Sammy has other things in mind (Heisman). So he will go off on them. He's been a sooner his whole life, so he hates Poke state.

Predicted score

Oklahoma............ 38
Oklahoma State.....24

osu will need to play out of their minds to beat us. plus, playing on the road doesnt effect our offense, so i think we will be fine. 62-35

If OUr boys play with the intensity and emotion we all saw last night, we can beat any team in the country, anywhere, any day. Boomer!

It's always tough there, but then again we said it was tough in Manhattan and College Station...look what happened there. Obviously OSU is way better, but we have confidence on the road now, and we definitely did not last year. Like people have been saying, if we can stop the run (Stopping Hunter, Robinson, etc will not be easy) we should be fine because we can score on their defense. But they run a little bit of the option up the road in Stillwater and we haven't faced much of that this year, so it may be tough to prepare for. It should be somewhat of a shootout, similar to 04 where its 37-31 or something like that. With us winning of course. :)

I am not going to name any sources, but a little birdie told me Hunter may be more injured than let on.

OSU has a good team this year, no doubt about that. And their fans have reason to be confident this time other than their usual delusions of grandeur.

It won't be easy by any means. But I've got faith in Bob and the boys.

I get nervous anytime we play on artificial turf. I know it's not as bad as the old stuff, but I still think players are more susceptible to injury. The only way I see OU losing is if Bradford gets hurt, or another linebacker goes down.

They may not be a joke but there are some good jokes involving them....

If we shut down hunter we win, i'm not to worried about zac robinson as long as we can shut down dez

Excuse me? I find the term "sheep enthusiast" offensive. The correct term is "woolist."

Use it in a sentence? Sure.
I like women, but Boone is a woolist.

Would you rather be a ladies' man or a cow boy?

Bryant can't catch it if Zac can't throw it. That may be pretty difficult with 4Sooners in his face. If we can pressure and contain him, I think we will be fine. IMHO, Gundy takes a lot of risks with ZR. I don't want to see him hurt but sometimes it seems as if he is just asking for it.

He's not a real accurate passer so it could be another banner day for Travis and Co. Defense has got to be lights out again.

I think the player to shut down on the offense is Brandon Pettigrew. I think we will keep the running game in check. However, if Pettigrew is healthy he may be very hard to cover. We haven't quite played a TE like him this year.

Except in practice. I'll take Gresham over Pettigrew anyday.

i honestly dont think they can stop our offense, but we'll see. All we have to do is not pull a "Big 12 Championship 2003" where our O seemed to disappear, and we'll be fine.

Oh I agree, but I do recall this Jermichael Finley guy giving us fits, and these two Missouri TE tended to find some holes in our D.

I think it would be foolish to look past him just cause we defend Gresham in practice.

I think they will make the same mistake that Tech did and " try too hard".:P
