I agree with this and think this is our best argument that no one is bringing up. RR went down in the first part of the 3rd qtr and UT picked on his replacement all the way to a win. Still took them till the start of the 4th to gain the lead. (more or less) We had some stops against them until then. After the RR injury, we never stopped them. Austin Box is now playing very well. If RR had remained healthy or if we had the AB then that we have now, we would have maintained the 10 pt advantage we had through most of the game.

Heard a guy on ESPN this morning keep saying tu should be ahead of OU because they won head to head. My feelings have always been that I would vote for the team I thought was the best at the time. Our tu game was six weeks ago. By his logic I should vote for usc because thats where we started in September. Does that make sense?
We are clearly better the ut now and I guess the the coaches my way.
