Texas Tech Sucks.

Throughout the history of the big 12, Texas Tech has only 4 Big 12 Titles.

ya, they might be the worst big 12 school athletic wise.

They're the only school to have a winning record in football every year of the Big XIIs existence. They've got consistency, that's for sure.
