for me anyway..I scored a breaded hot-link sandwich with some spectacular potato wedges from Charlie's Chicken here in McAlester......I give it 3.5 stars......

I'm not clear on the concept, STEP. Was the hot link breaded or the sandwich breaded?

This is important because you've made me hungry.

Ohhhhs. I could go for that. With hot mustard and sauerkraut and melted cheese.

My Michelin's may have to give it a higher rating.

So, more of a chicken fried steak breading? or a corn-dog breading?

also, did they slice said hot link prior to breading it? or after? or not at all?

I am a huge fan of hot links. Do not look at their fat content.
